With a passion not only for real estate and development but also for the lifestyle that Florida affords its residents, Ryan Frankel has long been a student of building and development in the Sunshine State. Growing up with a father who has ardently served the real estate community in South Florida for many years, Ryan has been exposed to many aspects of the industry and has always taken a keen interest in the joys and challenges of selling and developing real estate.
Ryan worked in the service and hospitality industry throughout high school and then went on to major in advertising with a minor in real estate at the University of Colorado, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in 2020. During the summers while in college, Ryan returned home to assist with the development team at Azure Condominiums in Palm Beach Gardens, which gave him the opportunity to hone his newly acquired skills.
Ryan’s connection to the architects and contractors on the Azure project prepared him for his current position at the new Ocean One development in Juno Beach, an enclave of 22 luxury homes. At Ocean One, Ryan works with construction management, design development, and consults with clients to develop and customize their units according to their lifestyles and needs.
Born in South Florida, Ryan has always appreciated Florida's outdoor opportunities, especially activities like fishing and golf. As an avid athlete, he believes the lessons learned through committed teamwork have provided him with various skills that are invaluable in the jobs he now performs.
