Cameron Martin Commercial Division
A student of business management and an already successful entrepreneur, Cameron Martin is delighted to be working in Jupiter’s exciting real estate market. A native of Westwood, Massachusetts and a graduate of Providence (RI) College, Cameron moved to Florida in 2021. He has a keen interest in many aspects of the real estate business and spent part of his college years interning with both residential and commercial real estate firms, working on everything from sales to marketing and design.
Always a self-starter, Cameron and his college roommate at Providence started a pandemic-era business for students who needed to rent bedframes and mattresses for off-campus living. The endeavor was a huge success and was sold for a profit after operating for just a year. Now, Cameron brings that drive and entrepreneurial spirit to Frankel-Ball Realty, where he plans to specialize in the commercial side of the business including buying, selling, and leasing multi-family dwellings, retail spaces, offices, and industrial properties.
A defenseman on his college’s lacrosse team, Cameron enjoys being active and loves the outdoor opportunities that Florida’s warm weather provide him. His favorite hobbies are golf and fishing, and he loves watching football as well. In his spare time, he’s getting to know Jupiter’s many neighborhoods as well as the areas surrounding the city, eager to be able to help his clients find the perfect space that’s ideal for their needs and budget.
