The homes range in size from 2500 feet to over 4000 sq feet. The 3 floor plans below are our Monterey, Oakmont, and Pinehurst models. Monterey Single Story House Plan
The Monterey Luxury Golf Course Floor Plan offers over 2650 sq. feet of living space. But the total structure size exceeds 3,770 sq feet when you add up the garage, covered entry, and terrace.
